It fizzes and adds a slight citrus taste, I think it is actually to hydrate you but I used it to feel less sick, you just add a few teaspoons to water I can always remember my nan drinking it. I also found water made me feel sick and ended up getting some Salvital from the grocery store which my mum put me on to. My morning sickness lasted until about 18 weeks, it is terrible, I was so happy to reach 12 weeks thinking too that it should ease but it stuck around a bit longer. As horrible as I felt, I know I had it fairly mild compared to some people, so for that I was grateful! Hope everyone is feeling better soon!! :) Took me a while to work that one out - and I spent so much money buying something to eat, only eating a small amount and then having to buy something again later on because I was hungry, lol. I'd also find I couldn't eat a lot, so I would buy something that could last a while (while I was at uni), and I'd eat some then and then save the rest for a bit later when I was feeling a little better and actually hungry. I also found drinking soft drink helped me feel better and less tired (even though I know coke is naughty, I was only having small amounts). I just threw out any ideas of eating nice, healthy meals and just ate what I felt like at that time, and that could change in a very short span of time. I felt a little off with my first, in the first trimester, but this time around I felt much sicker, although I never threw up. MS is different for everyone, there's no right or wrong time for it to start or finish. ![]()
